摘　　要：近年来我国汽车保有量保持高速增长态势,汽车质量问题成为人们越来越关注的焦点,影响汽车质量的因素有很多,从人、机、法、料、环定性分析其影响因素,利用层次分析法(AHP)来确定各因素指标的权重,使其由定性化分析转化为定量分析,再利用模糊综合评价法(FCE)预测各风险因素发生率,进而为企业发现易忽略问题以及采取针对性措施提供参考依据。Car ownership in China in recent years to maintain high-speed growth,quality problems become the focus of people more and more attention,the influencing factors on the quality of the car has a lot of,from human,machine,method,ring material,qualitative analysis the influence factors,using AHP to determine the weight of factor index,quantitative analysis,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the various influence factors of risk,and then to find easy to ignore the problem and take specific measures to provide a reference basis.
