摘 要:目前餐饮油烟是城市大气环境的主要污染源之一,会对人体造成大量伤害。针对餐饮油烟排放监测,阐述了餐饮油烟排放量大且复杂的现状及排放要求对测量要求的影响,综述了现有餐饮油烟排放检测方法及仪器的原理、特点及测量缺陷,并对餐饮油烟排放在线监测仪器发展趋势进行了展望。提出了针对餐饮油烟测量的技术方案,以期为餐饮油烟在线测量提供一种可行的技术方案。At present,cooking emissions is one of the main sources of air pollution in the cities,which can cause great damage to human body.Aiming at the monitoring of cooking emissions,the situation of cooking emissions with the properties of large amount and complexity as well as the influence of emission requirements on its detection requirements was described.The existing detection methods for cooking fume emissions and the principles,characteristics and defects of the corresponding detection instruments were summarized.The development trend of the on-line monitoring instruments for cooking emissions were proposed.The technical scheme for cooking emissions measurement was put forward,which could provide a feasible technical scheme for the on-line monitoring of cooking emissions.
