摘  要:N850-23.536/540/540汽轮机在冷态启动过程中,曾发生了中压缸上下缸金属温度问题,中缸上下缸温差一度超过50℃,从而使机组启动时间延长。本文探讨可能导致温差大的原因及处理方案,为同类型汽轮机类似问题提供经验与借鉴。During the cold start-up of N850-23.536/540/540 steam turbine,the metal temperature of the upper and lower cylinders of the intermediate pressure cylinder once occurred,and the temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders of the intermediate cylinder once exceeded 50℃,thus prolonging the start-up time of the unit.In this paper,the causes of large temperature difference and the treatment plan are discussed,so as to provide experience and reference for similar problems of the same type of steam turbine.
