摘 要:在机组正常运行中凝汽器铜管泄漏严重影响机组的安全运行,轻者会导致锅炉受热面和汽轮机叶片腐蚀结垢,重者将造成爆管和叶片断裂,被迫停机停炉,给公司带来重大的经济损失。本文针对公司2号机组凝结水电导率增大、波动、超标现象进行原因分析与排查。经排查初步确认导致凝结水电导超标原因为主机凝汽器A侧循环水铜管轻微泄漏。下面就结合凝结水电导率增大后的排查过程,凝汽器铜管泄漏对热力设备的影响、危害,提出处理建议和预防措施。In the normal operation of the unit,the leakage of condenser copper pipe seriously affects the safe operation of the unit.The light one will cause corrosion and scaling on the heating surface of the boiler and turbine blades,and the heavy one will cause rupture of the pipe and blades,and forced to shut down the machine and the boiler,which will bring significant economic losses to the company.In this paper,the cause analysis and troubleshooting are conducted for the increase,fluctuation and exceeding of the condensate water conductivity of unit 2 of our company.Through investigation,it is preliminarily confirmed that the cause of the condensate conductivity exceeding the standard is the slight leakage of the circulating water copper pipe on side A of the main condenser.In the following,combined with the troubleshooting process after the increase of condensate water conductivity,the impact and harm of condenser copper tube leakage on thermal equipment,treatment suggestions and preventive measures are proposed.
