摘　　要：国华盘山发电有限责任公司现装有前苏联制造的2×500MW超临界燃煤发电机组,每台锅炉冷渣斗下配有5台螺旋捞渣机,锅炉底渣由冷渣斗排至螺旋捞渣机,捞入碎渣机,碎渣机破碎后经渣浆泵输送至集运站的3台脱水仓内,渣经脱水沉淀后装车外运,分离后的灰水经回水泵送回厂内除渣水系统循环使用,另外脱硫废水排入渣系统后设备腐蚀、磨损问题日益严重,设备安全可靠性显著降低。At present,Guohua Panshan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.is equipped with a 2×500MW supercritical coal-fired power generation unit manufactured by the former Soviet Union.Each boiler is equipped with 5 screw cinder-cleaner under the cold slag hopper.The bottom slag of the boiler is discharged from the cold slag hopper to the screw cinder-cleaner and is fished into the slag crusher.After the slag crusher is broken,it is transported to 3 dehydration silos in the gathering station by the slag slurry pump.The slag is loaded and transported outside after dehydration and sedimentation.In addition,the separated ash water is discharged into the slag system after the desulfurization,the equipment’s corrosion and abrasion become increasingly serious,and the safety and reliability of the equipment are significantly reduced.
