摘 要:为提高集装箱海铁联运在港换装转运的作业效率,对有铁路专用线引入的集装箱码头集卡路径规划问题进行了研究。分析铁路线进港后的码头集卡作业模式,以集卡完成运输总时间最短为目标,建立了带集装箱运输时间窗约束的线性整数规划模型,并求解了集卡在铁路装卸线、港口堆场、码头泊位三处任务节点的作业路径规划问题。最后以集装箱码头混合作业为例,设计相关算例,利用CPLEX12.0对模型进行求解,得到有铁路线引入的港口内集卡作业路径选择结果,验证模型具有较好的可行性。The path planning problems of container trucks for container terminals with railway lines is investigated to improve the operational efficiency of containers during sea-rail transport reloading and transshipment in ports.In this study,the operational modes of container trucks in a port with railway lines is initially analyzed.Subsequently,a linear overall planning model considering the container transportation time window constraints was established to minimize the total transportation time of container trucks.The model can be used to plan a container truck’s work path among three loading points:the railway line,port yard,and dock berth.Finally,an experimental example of the mixed operation environment of a container terminal was designed and solved using CPLEX12.0,and the results demonstrate that the model is feasible.
