摘  要:在垂直磁场作用下,采用电化学沉积法在45#钢表面制备了Ni-ZrO2复合镀层。研究了电流密度对Ni-ZrO2复合镀层的表面形貌、组织结构、结合力及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:电流密度对Ni-ZrO2复合镀层的表面形貌、晶粒尺寸、组织结构及耐蚀性均具有明显的影响;当电流密度为3 A/dm^2时,Ni-ZrO2复合镀层晶粒细小、均匀致密,结合力临界载荷最大,耐蚀性最好。Ni-ZrO2 composite coatings were prepared on the surface of#5$steel by electrodeposition under the action of vertical magnetic field.The effect of current density on the surface mophology,microstructure,bonding force and corrosion resistance of Ni-ZrO2 composite coatings was investigated.The results showed that current density has a signficant effect on the surface morphology,grain size,microstructure and corrosion resistance of Ni-ZrO2 composite coatings.When current density was 3 A/dm^2,the Ni-ZrO2 composite coating was uniform and compact,the critical load of the bonding force was the largest and the corrosion resistance was the best.
