摘 要:在排球收纳车用Q235钢表面制备了化学镀Ni-P/Cr3C2复合镀层,并对化学镀Ni-P/Cr3C2复合镀层的厚度、表面粗糙度、硬度、耐蚀性及表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明:化学镀NiP/Cr3C2复合镀层的厚度和表面粗糙度分别约为8μm和0.835μm,满足中度腐蚀环境的要求。化学镀Ni-P/Cr3C2复合镀层呈现出块状颗粒形貌,颗粒之间夹杂着碳化铬,大大提高了化学镀NiP/Cr3C2复合镀层的硬度和耐蚀性。ElectrolessNi-P/Cr3C2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel for volleyball storage cart,and the thickness,surface roughness,hardness,corrosion resistance and surfacemorphology of electroless Ni-P/Cr3C2 composite coating were analyzed.The results showed that the thickness and surface roughness of electroless Ni-P/Cr3C2 composite coating were about 8!m and 0.835!m,respectively,which meet the requirements of moderate corrosion environment.Electroless Ni-P/CrC2 composite coating presented a block-like granular morphology with chromium carbide intermingled between the particles,which greatly improved the hardness and corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P/Cr3C2 composite coating.
