摘 要:设定磷化温度为30~70℃,制备了五种铁系磷化膜。通过电化学腐蚀试验和盐雾试验研究了磷化温度对磷化膜耐蚀性和腐蚀形貌的影响。结果表明:不同磷化温度下制备的五种磷化膜在氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀机制基本相同。随着磷化温度从30℃升高到70℃,磷化膜的自腐蚀电位总体上呈正移的趋势,自腐蚀电流密度呈降低的趋势,极化电阻总体上呈增大的趋势。当磷化温度为70℃时,磷化膜的自腐蚀电位最正,自腐蚀电流密度最低,并且腐蚀前后的形貌差别不大,表现出优异的耐蚀性。Five kinds of iron phosphating films were prepared at different phosphating temperature from 30℃ to 70℃.The influence of phosphating temperature on the corrosion resistance and corrosion morphology of phosphating film was studied by electrochemical corrosion experiment and salt spray test.The results showed that the corrosion mechanism of five kinds of phosphating films prepared at different phosphating temperature in sodium chloride solution was basically the same.With the rise of phosphating temperature from 30℃ to 70℃,the selfcorrosion potential generally presents a positive trend,the self-corrosion current density presents a decreasing trend,and the polarization resistance generally presents an increasing trend.When the phosphating temperature was 70℃,the phosphating film possessing excellent corrosion resistance with the highest self-corrosion potential and the lowest self-corrosion current density,and the morphology of phosphating film before and after corrosion was not significantly different.
