摘  要:在硫酸电解液中采用硬质阳极氧化技术对铝合金进行了表面处理,并研究了电流密度对阳极氧化膜性能的影响。结果表明:当电流密度为1.5 A/dm2时,阳极氧化膜表面最光滑,显微硬度最大,自腐蚀电位最正。当电流密度为2.0 A/dm2时,交流阻抗曲线的弧度最大。可见,当电流密度为1.5~2.0 A/dm2时,阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性较好。The aluminum alloy was treated by hard anodic oxidation technology in sulfuric acid,and the effect of current density on the properties of aluminum alloy was studied.The results showed that the anodic oxidation film exhibited a smooth surface,the highest microhardness and sel--corrosion potential when the current density was 1.5 A/dm^2.The arc of the AC impedance curvewas biggest when the current densitywas 2.0 A/dm^2.It can be concluded that the anodic oxidation film possessed excellent corrosion resistance when the current density was at the range of 1.5-2.0A/dm^2.
