多晶铂的表面处理工艺研究

摘  要:分别采用灼烧法、化学抛光法、电化学抛光法对多晶铂进行了表面处理,并比较了三者的工艺效果。结果表明:三种技术处理后,多晶铂的活性表面积相近,自腐蚀电位正移,自腐蚀电流密度增大,表面变得平整,表面粗糙度明显减小。经比较,电化学抛光法的处理效果最佳,而灼烧法的处理效率最高。Surface treatment of polycrystalline platinum was carried out using burning,chemical polishing and electrochemical polishing,respectively.The results showed that after treatment with three kinds of technologies,the active surface area of polycrystalline platinum was similar,the self-corrosion potential moved towards a positive direction and the self-corrosion current density increased.The surface of polycrystalline platinum become flat and the surface roughness decreased significantly.By comparison,it was found that the treatment effect of electrochemical polishing was the best,while the treatment efficiency of burning was the highest.
