DR与CR诊断肋骨骨折准确性、敏感性及其应用价值的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:分析研究DR与CR诊断肋骨骨折患者的准确性、敏感性及应用价值。方法:将某院于2016年9月~2018年9月期间收治的肋骨骨折患者87例作为资料进行研究,术前均行DR与CR检查,且均经术后确诊,回顾性分析两种影像学诊断方法的检出率及准确性,并分析对隐匿性骨折诊断的敏感性,判断临床应用价值。结果:DR诊断影像质量优占比78.16%显著高于CR诊断优占比例34.48%,P<0.05;DR诊断肋骨骨折检出率91.30%、准确率89.53%、敏感性98.09%,均显著高于CR诊断66.30%、51.74%、78.07%,P<0.05;DR诊断隐匿性骨折检出率为90.70%,准确率为88.37%,敏感性为98.44%,均显著高于CR诊断52.33%、40.70%、77.78%,P<0.05。结论:术前肋骨骨折诊断采用DR与CR诊断均具有较高的价值,其中DR准确性和敏感性相对更高,更利于尽早检出及治疗,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the accuracy, sensitivity and application value of DR and CR in the diagnosis of rib fracture. Methods:A total of 87 patients with rib fractures admitted to a hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were studied as data. Preoperative DR and CR examinations were performed, and the diagnosis was confirmed after the operation. The detection rate and accuracy of the two imaging diagnostic methods were retrospectively analyzed, and the sensitivity to the diagnosis of occult fractures was analyzed to judge the clinical application value. Results: DR diagnostic image excellent quality ratio is 78.16%, significantly higher than CR diagnostic image excellent quality ratio with 34.48%, P<0.05. The detection rate of rib fracture diagnosed by DR was 91.30%, the accuracy rate was 89.53%, and the sensitivity was 98.09%, all of which were significantly higher than that of CR diagnosis(66.30%, 51.74%, 78.07%), P<0.05. The detection rate, accuracy and sensitivity of DR were 90.70%, 88.37% and 98.44%, all of which were significantly higher than that of CR(52.33%, 40.70% and 77.78%), P<0.05.Conclusion:Preoperative diagnosis of rib fracture by DR and CR are both of high value, the accuracy and sensitivity of DR are relatively higher, which is more conducive to early detection and treatment, so it is worth popularizing.
