鼻内镜术联合鼻甲切除术对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者临床症状及嗅觉功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻内镜术联合鼻甲切除术对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者临床症状及嗅觉功能的影响。方法:对照组行鼻内镜术治疗,观察组行鼻内镜术联合鼻甲切除术治疗。结果:观察组治疗后鼻塞症状(0.31±0.01)分、流涕症状(0.25±0.05)分、头痛症状(0.23±0.02)分、术后嗅觉(1.20±0.06)级、有效率97.67%、复发率2.33%、生理、心理、精神以及社会方面的生活质量,分别为(25.62±0.58)分、(24.30±0.13)分、(27.18±0.86)分及(29.02±0.44)分,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻内镜术联合鼻甲切除术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎,可有效缓解临床症状,改善患者的嗅觉功能。Objective:To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with turbinectomy on clinical symptoms and olfactory function in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:The control group was treated by endoscopic sinus surgery,while the observation group was treated by endoscopic sinus surgery combined with turbinectomy.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the score of nasal obstruction was(0.31±0.01),runny discharge was(0.25±0.05),headache was(0.23±0.02),postoperative olfaction was(1.20±0.06),effective rate was 97.67%,recurrence rate was 2.33%,physical,psychological,spiritual and social quality of life in the observation group were 25.62±0.58,24.30±0.13,27.18±0.86 and 29.02±0.06,respectively.The scores were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with turbinectomy in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the olfactory function of patients.
