摘 要:目的:探析用药教育对糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征的患者服用效果的影响。方法:选取2017年4月~2019年1月某院收治的68例肾病综合征患者作为主要研究对象,所有患者均接受糖皮质激素治疗。采用数字随机表达法分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组实施常规指导,观察组增加用药教育,比较两组患者的用药依从性和健康知识掌握情况。结果:观察组的用药依从性明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者在疾病相关知识、自我护理知识和健康生活方式方面的健康知识掌握评分均显著高于对照组,两组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:对糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征患者实施用药教育可提高患者的用药依从性,同时可增强患者对相关健康知识的掌握程度,值得进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of medication education on the administration of glucocorticoid in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods:68 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to a hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the main subjects. All patients received glucocorticoid therapy. The patients were randomly divided according to the random table method, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine guidance, while the observation group was added with medication education, and the medication compliance and health knowledge of the two groups were compared. Results: The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The scores of the patients in the observation group on disease-related knowledge, self-care knowledge and healthy lifestyle were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Medication education for patients with nephrotic syndrome treated with glucocorticoids can improve their medication compliance and enhance their mastery of relevant health knowledge, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
