乡村振兴视角下望江县耕地集约经营研究

摘　　要：通过实地考察安徽省安庆市望江县耕地利用现状,分析了望江县当前粮食产量低增长、集约节约化程度不高、"寅吃卯粮"等问题。在乡村振兴视角下,提出对望江县耕地进行土地供给侧改革、大力开展土地开发整理工程和城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目等对策,从当前所采取的举措及成果中,对望江县耕地规模化经营进行探讨与展望。This paper investigates the current status of cultivated land use in Wangjiang county, investigates the efficiency between costs and benefits, analyzes the current objectively existing low-yield growth of grain production, low degree of intensive conservation, and the advanced "eating food". It is proposed that from the perspective of rural revitalization carry out land supply-side reform of cultivated land in Wangjiang county, the land development and consolidation projects is vigorously carried out, the implementation of urban-rural construction land increase and decrease linked projects is strengthened, the scientific and technological and capital investment in cultivated land is increased, and the research on standardized farmland intensive management is conducted. Among the measures and results made, the discussion and prospects of large-scale farmland management in Wangjiang county are proposed.
