摘　　要：目的随着中国人口老龄化的加重,老年公寓日益增多,实现老年公寓的信息化管理可以更好地提高服务水平。方法对老年公寓管理工作进行调研,从系统的需求分析、体系结构的设计、功能的实现、技术的要求等多方面进行研究。结果实现基于B/S架构的老年公寓信息管理系统,构建具有对多家老年公寓信息的客户档案、预约、接待、护理、信息交流、收费、成本核算、统计分析等综合业务管理功能的平台。结论通过应用新技术对系统的再次开发解决了原有系统的功能缺陷,对同类信息管理系统的设计开发有参考价值。Objective With the aggravation of the aging population in China,the number of apartments for the elderly is increasing day by day.Implementation of information management for apartments for the elderly can better the service level.Methods Through the investigation on apartment management,from the system demand analysis,architecture design,function realization,technical requirements and other aspects of the study,the system was implemented.Results The information management system for apartments for the elderly based on B/S architecture was implemented as a platform with integrated business management functions,such as customer file management,appointment management,reception management,nursing management,information exchange,fee management,cost accounting,statistical analysis and so on.Conclusion Through the application of new technology to the re-development of the system,the functional defects of the original system are solved,which is of reference value to the design and development of similar information management systems.
