摘  要:本文设计并合成了一种新型香豆素类Pd2+荧光探针(化合物1)。它由香豆素和羧甲基羟胺基团组成,能实现纯水中Pd^2+的高选择性和高灵敏性检测,检测限低至4.0×10^-8mol/L,此外,该探针能在pH为4~9的范围内有效检测Pd^2+。A coumarin-based fluorescent probe( compound 1) for Pd^2+ has been designed and synthesized.Compound 1 consists of a coumarin and a carboxymethyl hydroxylamine moiety which can detect Pd^2+ in pure water with high selectivity and sensitivity. The detection limit of the probe was as low as 4. 0 × 10^-8 mol/L. The probe can effectively detect Pd^2+ in the pH range of 4 ~ 9.
