摘　　要：2020年在新冠病毒冲击下,全球金融市场特别是美国资本市场在3月以来呈现较大幅度的波动。回顾2008年,雷曼倒闭导致美国股市新一轮下跌。本轮冲击下,美国是否会有大型金融机构陷入危机,是判断后续美国资本市场风险的前提。本文从2008年金融危机后美国大型银行的风险敞口、抵御风险能力两个维度,来分析美国商业银行和投资银行目前的风险状况。Under the impact of the Covid-19, global financial markets, especially the US capital market, have fluctuated significantly since March. Looking back on 2008, the collapse of Lehman led to a new round of declines in the US stock market. Under the impact of this round, whether or not large financial institutions in the United States will fall into crisis is the prerequisite for judging the subsequent risks of the US capital market.
