摘  要:端子箱是变电站中的重要设备之一,涉及电压、电流、保护及测控等多种信号,是保障系统安全稳定运行所不可忽视的。基于泛在电力物联网设计了一种变电站端子箱状态监控装置,利用微处理器,实时在线监测端子箱温度、湿度和箱门状态等信息,以应对高温、凝露和小动物入侵等问题;利用串口及无线网络与上位机通信,可实时读取、查询数据或远程控制,并进行了现场测试。测试结果验证了本装置的性能,有效提高了电网设备的预警度,降低了事故发生的概率,进一步节省了人力和时间成本。Terminal box,an important device at the substation involving voltage,current,protection and test/control signals,is not to be neglected for safe and stable system operation.A status monitoring device designed for the terminal box at the substation micro-chip based on the SG-eIoT could realize real-time online monitoring of the temperature,humidity and box door status through the microprocessor to cope with problems such as high temperature,condensation and invasion of small animals.By applying serial port and wireless network to communicate with the host computer,real-time data reading and inquiry and remote control could be realized.Site tests were conducted and the results verified the performance of the presented device,which could greatly enhance the early warning intensity of power grid equipment,lower accident probability and save the cost of manpower and time.
