摘　　要：口腔膜剂(oral film)是一种具有释药迅速、给药方便、患者顺应好、生物利用度高和用药安全等优势的新型固体制剂,近年来受到了广泛关注,并有越来越多的药物正在被开发成此剂型。但口腔膜剂药物在成膜性、药物掩味及吸湿性等方面仍存在挑战,将成为今后该剂型开发的重要研究方向。本文以近年来上市的国内外口腔膜剂药物为基础,对口腔膜剂的处方工艺、质量评价、上市药物概况与特点以及市场与临床优势等方面进行介绍。Oral film is a new type of solid preparation with the advantages of rapid drug release, convenient administration, good patient compliance, high bioavailability and safe medication. It has received extensive attention and more and more drugs are being developed into this dosage form in recent years. However, there are still some challenges in film-forming ability, drug masking and moisture absorption, which will be an important research direction in the development of oral film in the future. This article introduces the prescription, process, quality evaluation of oral film and the general situation and characteristics of listed drugs based on the domestic and international oral film drugs marketed in recent years.
