摘  要:对涤棉织物分散/活性染料干法转移印花用转印纸改性糊料及其印花工艺进行研究。探讨改性糊料中碱剂种类及含量对涤纶和棉织物,以及低黏度羧甲基纤维素(L-CMC)和尿素质置分数对涤棉织物印花效果的影响;讨论了印花T艺中压烫温度及时间对涤纶和棉织物得色量、强力和白度的影响。结果表明,选择合适的碱剂、控制碱剂含量及压烫温度和时间,涤纶和棉织物均能获得较高的得色量;用含有2%H-HPC、12%L-CMC、7%尿素、1.5%碳酸钠、3%三氯乙酸、3%双氰胺、0.5%纳米二氧化硅的改性糊料制备转印纸,并在热贴压力3 MPa、热贴温度120℃、饱和汽蒸10min,180℃压烫60s的条件下,涤棉织物印花的得色量和固色率较高,水洗牢度和摩擦牢度在4级左右。The modified paste of transfer printing paper and printing process for dry transfer printing of polyester and cotton fabrics with disperse and reactive dyes are studied.The effects of the type and concentration of alkali in modified paste,concentrations of low-viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose(L-CMC)and urea on the properties of the printed polyester/cotton fabrics are investigated The effects of laminating temperature and time in the printing process on the color yield,strength and whiteness of polyester and cotton fabrics are discussed.The results show that higher color yields of both polyester and cotton fabrics can be obtained by selecting the appropriate alkaline agent type and concentration,and pressing temperature and time.The higher color yield,fixation rate and Grade 4 of washing and rub­bing fastness of the printed polyester/cotton fabrics can be achieved when the modified paste contains 2%H-HPC.12%L-CMC,7% urea,1.5% sodium carbonate,3% trichloroacetic acid,3%dicyandiamide and 0.5%nano-silica,and the fabric is laminated with the pressure of 3 MPa at 120℃.followed by steamed for 10 min and hot pressed at 180℃ for 60 s.
