摘 要:采用自制液体分散黑MP和防水剂对薄型涤纶织物进行防水与染色的一步法加工,考察了二种防水剂(含氟型防水剂2710和含硅型防水剂D14)质量分数对织物染色性、拒水性和残液吸光度的影响,比较了液体分散黑MP和市售粉状分散黑ECT在染液稳定性、织物防水性、耐摩擦色牢度和织物风格的差异。结果表明,液体分散黑MP能与防水剂2710或防水剂D14进行同浴连续染色,当防水剂质量分数为10%时值下降了10.3%〜13.0%,水接触角为130°,耐摩擦色牢度达5级,热水洗残液色度仅为粉状分散黑ECT的1/7〜1/8,是一种短流程低能耗的印染加工工艺。One-bath processing of waterproofing and dyeing is carried out of thin polyester fabrics with self-made liquid Disperse Black MP and water proof agent.The effects of the concentrations of two water proof agents(fluorine-containing waterproofing agent 2710 and silicon-containing waterproofing agent D14)on fabric dyeability,absorbance of residual liquor and water repellency are investigated.Effects of Disperse Black MP and commercial Disperse Black ECT on fabric waterproofing,dyeing solution stability,rubbing fastness and fabric style are compared The results show that the continuous process with liquid Disperse Black MP can be carried out in the one bath with water repellent 2710 or water repellent D14.When the water proof agent concentration is 10%,the L^* value of the dyeings decreases by 10.3-13.0%,and the water contact angle is 130°,the color fastness to rubbing is up to Grade 5,and its absorbance of residual liquor by hot water wash is only 1/7 to 1/8 of that with commercial Disperse Black ECT.It is a shortened-flow and low-energy wet process.
