摘 要:针对现有山羊绒洗绒技术的缺陷,研发出一种新型的混胶法洗绒工艺。研究表明:与传统洗绒技术对比,混胶法洗绒技术洗涤后绒的白度好,手感柔软,毡并少,蓬松度好,分梳纤维损伤降低;分梳提取率提高了1.19%,平均长度提高了1.63mm,30 mm以上长绒比例提高8.86%;烘干温度降低,经济效益可观。In view of the shortcomings of the existing cashmere washing technology,a new type of mixing micelle washing process is developed.The results show that compared with the traditional washing technology,the mixing micelle washing technology has better whiteness,softer hand feeling,lower felt,better bulkiness,and lower dehairing fiber damage.The extraction rate of dehairing is increased by 1.19%,the average length is increased by 1.63 mm,and the rate of long cashmere more than 30 mm is increased by 8.86%.The drying temperature is reduced,and the economic benefit is considerable.
