摘 要:以锌熔法回收的WC-Co粉末为原料,采用常规硬质合金生产工艺制备添加不同含量Y2O3和Nd2O3的再生YG8硬质合金,并对其进行密度、硬度、抗弯强度以及断口形貌检测分析,探讨了稀土氧化物对硬质合金的强化机理。结果表明,添加Y2O3的硬质合金钴磁值升高,添加Nd2O3的钴磁值降低;稀土氧化物Y2O3和Nd2O3对硬质合金密度、硬度影响均不大,添加量为0.5%时,硬度达到最大,分别为89.5、89.3 HRA;抗弯强度随着稀土氧化物含量的增加明显提高,添加0.7%Y2O3和0.7%Nd2O3的硬质合金抗弯强度分别达2 200、2 102.8 MPa,比未添加稀土氧化物的再生YG8硬质合金提高了22.2%和16.8%;添加Y2O3的硬质合金细小晶粒的比例更大,粗大WC晶粒得到更大程度的细化,且分布更加均匀,韧窝状形貌更加明显,分布更加集中。Using WC-Co powder recycled by zinc melting method as raw material,the regenerated YG8 cemented carbides with different content of Y2O3 and Nd2O3were prepared through conventional cemented carbide production process,and their density,hardness,bending strength and fracture morphology were detected and analyzed to investigate the strengthening mechanism of rare earth oxide for cemented carbides.The results show that the cobalt magnetization value of the cemented carbide added with Y2O3 increases,while that of the cemented carbide added with Nd2O3 decreases.The effect of Y2O3 and Nd2O3 on the density and hardness of cemented carbides is not significant.When the amount of Y2O3 and Nd2O3 is 0.5%,the hardness reaches the maximum,which is 89.5 HRA and 89.3 HRA,respectively.The bending strength is improved significantly with the increase of rare earth oxide content.The bending strength of the cemented carbides with 0.7% Y2O3 and 0.7% Nd2O3 is 2 200 MPa and 2 102.8 MPa,increased by 22.2% and 16.8% compared with the regenerated YG8 cemented carbide without rare earth oxide.The proportion of fine grains in the cemented carbide added with Y2O3 is larger,the coarse WC grains are refined to a greater degree and the distribution is more uniform,and the dimple morphology is more obvious and more concentrated.
