摘 要:采用不同规格和形状的硬质合金研磨体对中颗粒碳化钨粉末进行无介质干磨。对研磨后的碳化钨粉末利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及激光粒度仪等进行分析,对比了各组研磨碳化钨样品的粉末粒度、亚晶尺寸、应变和激光粒度分布,并对部分样品的SEM形貌进行了分析,探讨了硬质合金研磨体形状、规格及研磨时间对碳化钨粉末性能及研磨效果的影响。结果表明,合金棒比合金球具有更好的研磨效果;对于同一类型的研磨体,尺寸越小则研磨效果越好。随着研磨时间延长和研磨效果增强,碳化钨粉末平均粒度和亚晶尺寸下降,应变增加,且粒度分布更加集中。Medium-free dry grinding of medium-grain tungsten carbide powders was carried out using cemented carbide grinding bodies with different specifications and shapes.The ground tungsten carbide powders were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and laser particle size analyzer.The powder size,subcrystal size,strain and laser particle size distribution of each group of ground tungsten carbide samples were compared,and SEM morphology of some samples was analyzed.The effects of shape and specification of grinding body and grinding time on the properties and grinding efficiency of tungsten carbide powders were discussed.The results show that cemented carbide rods have better grinding efficiency than cemented carbide balls.For the grinding body with the same type,the smaller the size,the better the grinding efficiency.With the extension of grinding time and the enhancement of grinding efficiency,both the average particle size and subgrain size of tungsten carbide powders decrease,the strain increases,and the particle size distribution is more concentrated.
