乌鲁木齐市汉族男性TLR4受体基因多态性与高尿酸血症和痛风的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨TLR4基因多态性与新疆地区汉族男性高尿酸血症(HUA)和痛风(Gout)的相关性。方法收集2015-2019年在新疆医科大学第一附属医院、新疆医科大学附属中医医院就诊的汉族男性Gout和HUA患者各300和360例,对照组为同期于该院体检中心健康检查的汉族男性(非HUA及Gout患者)494例,对比3组人群TLR4受体rs2770150、rs4986790、rs4986791和rs7873784这4个位点基因多态性。结果rs4986790、rs4986791和rs7873784这3个位点基因型及等位基因频率在3组中分布差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。rs2770150位点在HUA与Gout组中分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在HUA组中AA型有357例(99.2%)、GA型有3例(0.8%),Gout组中AA型有290例(96.7%)、GA型有10例(3.3%)。结论HUA患者rs2770150位点携带GA型可能更容易发展为Gout。Objective To explore the correlation between TLR4 gene polymorphism and hyperuricemia(HUA),gout(Gout)in males of Han nationality in Urumqi.Methods 300 male patients with Gout and 360 male patients with HUA of Han nationality were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from 2015-2019.494 men of Han nationality(without HUA and Gout)received the health examination in the physical examination center of the hospital during the same period were recruited in the control group.The polymorphism of rs2770150,rs4986790,rs4986791 and rs7873784 in TLR4 receptor was compared among three groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the genotype and allele frequency of rs4986790,rs4986791 and rs7873784 among three groups(all P>0.05).The difference in distribution of rs2770150 was statistically significant between HUA group and Gout group(P<0.05).There were 357 cases(99.2%)of AA type and 3 cases(0.8%)of GA type in HUA group,while there were 290 cases(96.7%)of AA type and 10 cases(3.3%)of GA type in Gout group.Conclusion HUA patients with rs2770150 carrying GA type may be more likely to develop gout.
