摘 要:目的了解宜昌市居民饮用水卫生基本状况和变化趋势,为政府及相关部门决策提供科学依据。方法2017年4月和8月按GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准检验方法》规定的指标进行检测,依据GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》对检测结果进行评价。结果累计检测水样202份,细菌总数和大肠菌群检出率分别为45.54%和2.97%,7份水样三氯甲烷含量高于国家标准。枯水期和丰水期的细菌总数、总大肠菌群、铁、锰、铜、氟化物和硝酸盐的检出率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);西陵区、伍家岗区、点军区和猇亭区的细菌总数、总大肠菌群、氯化物、硫酸盐、溶解性总固体、总硬度、耗氧量、氟化物、硝酸盐和三氯甲烷的检出率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论宜昌市居民饮用水卫生状况总体较好,水质卫生指标存在地区和时间差异。影响水质合格的主要因素有微生物指标和消毒副产物。在今后的监测中应该给予消毒副产物更多的关注。Objective To understand the basic situation and changing trend of drinking water of residents in Yichang City,provide scientific basis for decision-making of government and relevant departments.Methods In April and August of 2017,the detection was performed according to the standard test method for drinking water(GB/T 5750-2006),and the results were assessed according the standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2006).Results A total of 202 water samples were tested,the detection rate of total bacteria and coliform group was 45.54%and 2.97%respectively,and the chloroform level in seven water samples exceeded the national limit.The differences in the detection rate of total bacteria,total coliforms,iron,manganese,copper,fluoride and nitrate were statistically significant between dry season and wet season(all P<0.05).The differences in the detection rates of total bacteria,total coliforms,chloride,sulfate,total dissolved solids,total hardness,oxygen consumption,fluoride,nitrate and chloroform among Xiling District,Wujiagang District,Dianjun District and Xiaoting District(all P<0.05).Conclusion The drinking water sanitation of Yichang residents is generally good,and there are regional and temporal differences in sanitation indicators of water quality.Microbial indicators and disinfection by-products are the main factors affecting water quality,so more attention should be paid to disinfection by-products in future monitoring.
