黄山市歙县1起接种4价人乳头瘤病毒疫苗异常反应死亡病例的调查

摘　　要：目的对接种4价人乳头瘤病毒疫苗后严重不良反应进行探讨。方法对黄山市歙县1例接种4价人乳头瘤病毒疫苗后引起异常反应死亡病例进行调查,并分析发生死亡的原因。结果本例受种者对4价人乳头瘤病毒疫苗中某种成分过敏,接种后导致自身一系列变态反应,最终因中枢循环衰竭死亡,属于预防接种异常反应。结论疫苗接种引起死亡的严重不良反应十分罕见,应引起高度重视,加大疫苗研发工作,尽量使用不含佐剂的疫苗,避免佐剂引起的严重不良反应。Objective To explore the severe adverse reactions after 4-valent human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccine.Methods One case of death caused by abnormal reaction after receiving 4-valent human papilloma virus vaccine in She County of Huangshan City was investigated,and the cause of death was analyzed.Results In this case,the patient was allergic to a certain component of the 4-valent human papilloma virus vaccine,which resulted in a series of allergic reactions after inoculation,and eventually died of central circulatory failure,which was an abnormal reaction of preventive inoculation.Conclusion Serious adverse reactions caused by vaccine inoculation are very rare,but they should be highly concerned.In the future,efforts should be intensified in vaccine research and development,and vaccines without adjuvants should be used as far as possible to avoid serious adverse reactions caused by adjuvants.
