摘 要:列举了纺织品织物强力的测试方法标准。通过建立测量模型对织物强力的影响因素进行分析,认为试样本身、试验操作、设备精确度、修约是影响机织物强力不确定度的主要因素。通过对随机效应、仪器设备示值、系统效应等产生的不确定度进行评估和计算方法的确认,可帮助实验室有效控制检测过程的关键点,提高检测结果的精确程度,也为合格判定提供更多的依据。The testing methods and standards for the strength of textile fabrics were listed.The factors affecting the strength of woven fabric were analyzed by establishing the measuring model.The main factors,such as the sample itself,test operation,equipment accuracy and modification,affecting the strength uncertainty of woven fabric were considered.Through the evaluation and calculation method confirmation of the uncertainty generated by random effect,indication of instrument and equipment,system effect,etc.,it could help the laboratory to effectively control the key points in the detection process,improve the accuracy of the detection results,and provide more basis for the qualification determination.
