摘　　要：数据采集是饲料产业信息化建设中的重要环节,随着传统养殖业向信息化、现代化的迈进,对饲料产业也提出了更高的要求。推进饲料产业信息化建设,对提高生产效率、降低生产成本有重要意义。用信息技术改造传统产业,促进饲料企业的可持续发展和节约型社会的建设。计算机视频数据采集是信息化建设不可缺少的重要环节。蛋白质的营养价值在配合饲料中有决定性影响,是评价动物饲养效果、配合饲料的营养价值的重要标准。但在实际饲料加工中,蛋白质的营养价值会受到多种因素的影响,导致蛋白质的利用效率降低,甚至生成有害物质。加强对饲料蛋白质加工中的数据采集和监测有重要意义。本文以配合饲料加工为例,主要对计算机视频数据采集在饲料蛋白质加工中的应用进行探讨,通过全面的信息监测来保证配合饲料的营养价值。Data collection is an important link in the informatization construction of the feed industry.As the traditional aquaculture industry moves towards informatization and modernization,higher requirements are put on the feed industry.It is of great significance to promote the informatization construction of the feed industry to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.Use information technology to transform traditional industries,promote the sustainable development of feed enterprises,and build a conservation^oriented society.Computer video data collection is an indispensable and important link in information construction.The nutritional value of protein has a decisive effect in compound feeds.The nutritional content of protein is an important criterion for evaluating the effects of animal feeding and the nutritional value of compound feed.However,in actual feed processing,the nutritional value of protein will be affected by various factors,reducing the efficiency of protein utilization,and even generating harmful substances.It is of great significance to strengthen data collection and monitoring in feed protein processing.This article selects compound feed processing as an example,mainly discusses the application of computer video data collection in feed protein processing,and ensures the nutritional value of compound feed through comprehensive information monitoring.
