摘　　要：为探索CB-1烟叶最佳采收成熟度与SPAD值之间的关系,根据中、上部鲜烟叶外观特征将不同采收成熟度进行分类,并测定采收时不同成熟度烟叶SPAD值,对各处理烤后烟叶的经济性状、外观质量、化学成分以及感官质量进行评价测定。结果表明:中部叶以叶面8~9成黄,主脉变白2/3以上,支脉变白1/3以上,上部叶以叶面9~10成黄,主脉全白,支脉变白1/2以上为采收标准,烤后烟叶外观质量较好,化学成分趋于协调,上中等烟比例高,产质量较高,感官评吸质量更好;其SPAD值分别为,中部叶24.55~27.23,上部叶24.76~25.65。该结果同时为建阳CB-1烟叶成熟采收提供可量化的参考指标。In order to explore the relationship between the best harvest maturity and SPAD value of CB-1 tobacco leaves,different harvest maturity was classified according to the appearance characteristics of middle and upper fresh tobacco leaves,and the SPAD values of flue-cured tobacco leaves with different maturity were measured.The economic characters,appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were evaluated.The results showed that,when the harvest standard for the middle leaf was yellowing degree of leaf surface was 80%~90%,more than 2/3 main vein and more than 1/3 branches vein turned white,while for the upper leaf,yellowing degree for leaf surface was 90%~100%,all the main vein and half branches vein turned white,the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco was better,the chemical composition tended to be coordinated,the proportion of upper-medium tobacco was higher,the yield and quality was higher,and the sensory smoking quality was better.The SPAD value of the middle leaves was between 24.55 and 27.23,which of the upper leaf was between 24.76 and 25.65.The results also provide a quantifiable reference index for harvest of CB-1 tobacco leaves in Jianyang.
