不同药剂处理对菜心种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：以四九菜心作为试验材料,采用硝酸钙、赤霉素、水杨酸、过氧化氢作为引发剂进行种子萌发处理,对其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数进行测定,比较不同药剂对菜心种子萌发的影响,以期筛选出促进菜心种子萌发的引发剂。结果表明,4种引发剂均表现出低浓度促进而高浓度抑制的效应;硝酸钙处理菜心种子的适宜浓度为40 mmol/L,赤霉素处理菜心种子的适宜质量浓度为100 mg/L,水杨酸处理菜心种子的适宜浓度为0.05 mmol/L,过氧化氢处理菜心种子的适宜浓度为0.10%;各处理发芽势大小为赤霉素=过氧化氢>硝酸钙>水杨酸,发芽率大小为硝酸钙>赤霉素=过氧化氢>水杨酸,发芽指数大小为硝酸钙>过氧化氢>水杨酸>赤霉素,活力指数大小为硝酸钙>赤霉素>过氧化氢>水杨酸。在发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数方面,40 mmol/L硝酸钙的处理效果优于其他引发剂处理,在促进菜心种子快速萌发、整齐出苗、根系良好生长方面表现最佳,是生产上提升幼苗质量和抗逆性的又一选择。Using the flowering Chinese cabbage(Brassica parachinensis L.)Sijiucaixin as the experiment material,calcium nitrate,gibberellin,salicylic acid and hydrogen peroxide were used as seed initiators to test their germination.The germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index were measured to screen out the best initiators which could promote the germination of flowering Chinese cabbage seeds.The results showed that all of the four initiators had the effects of low concentration promoting and high concentration inhibiting.The appropriate concentration of calcium nitrate,gibberellin,salicylic acid and hydrogen peroxide were 40 mmol/L,100 mg/L,0.05 mmol/L,0.1%,respectively.The germination potential from big to small was gibberellin=hydrogen peroxide>calcium nitrate>salicylic acid,the germination rate from big to small was calcium nitrate>gibberellin=hydrogen peroxide>salicylic acid,the germination index from big to small was calcium nitrate>hydrogen peroxide>salicylic acid>gibberellin,the vigor index from big to small was calcium nitrate>gibberellin>hydrogen peroxide>salicylic acid.Above all,the treatment effect of 40 mmol/L calcium nitrate was better than other initiators in germination rate,germination index and vigor index,and had the best performance in promoting the rapid germination,neat emergence and good root growth of seeds.It was an ideal choice for improving seedling quality and stress resistance in production.
