摘 要:远志是一种重要的根茎类药用植物。山西省新绛县是远志的主要产区,近年来,远志根腐病的发生一定程度上影响了当地中药材产业的发展。为探寻合理的化学防治措施,从山西新绛远志药材基地感染根腐病的远志分离获得112株菌株,对其进行培养和纯化,运用科赫法则进行病原菌回接感染试验,得到4株致病较强的镰刀菌菌株,并对该菌株进行室内药效防治。结果表明,20%苯醚甲环唑1000倍液对根腐病的抑制率最高,对4个菌株的抑菌制率均高于70%;20%甲基立枯磷250倍液次之;50%多菌灵和80%代森锰锌对菌株抑制效果较差。Polygala tenuifolia Willd.is an important officinal plant.In recent years,the root rot of Polygala tenuifolia Willd.has some influence on the development of local Chinese medicine industry in Xinjiang county of Shanxi province,the main production area of Polygala tenuifolia Willd..Therefore,in this paper,to explore reasonable chemical control measures,112 pathogenic strains were isolated in the Polygala tenuifolia Willd.which infected root rot were collected in Xinjiang county of Shanxi province.After culture and purification of pathogenic bacteria were test infection using Koch postulates.There were 4 fusarium strains were strong pathogenic which were tested the efficacy.The results showed that the bacterial inhibition rate of 20%difenoconazole 1000 times solution was the highest,and the inhibition rate of four strains was higher than 70%.The second highest rate was 250 times that of 20%tolclofos-methyl.50%Mancozeb and 80%Carbendazim had the poor inhibition effect on strains.
