永乐年间王景弘随太宗巡狩北征焉能又六下西洋  

Wang Jing-hong Following Emperor Tai-zong’s Patrol to North Expedition and Impracticable to Make Six Voyages to Western Oceans During Yong-le Period

摘　　要：当代王景弘与郑和下西洋研究的主流看法:永乐年间王景弘与郑和同为正使,六下西洋;依据清代地方志确认王景弘为今福建漳平人。经核查考析,二者存在不可调和的矛盾:《明太宗实录》与清代地方志中都没有王景弘永乐年间六下西洋的记述,对前者未予支持;清代地方志中永乐年间王景弘随从太宗巡狩北征的记载,明代地方志中已有;考其时间与郑和第二、三、四、五、六次下西洋的时间段相符合,具有同时性。人无分身术,永乐年间王景弘随从太宗巡狩北征,就不可能又同郑和第二、三、四、五、六次下西洋,从而对永乐年间王景弘六下西洋说予以了否定。The mainstream view of contemporary study on Wang Jing-hong and Zheng He’s voyages to western oceans: it is believed that Wang Jing-hong and Zheng He were both envoys during Yong-le period and they made six voyages to western oceans. According to local chronicles of the Qing Dynasty, Wang Jing-hong was confirmed to be born in Zhang-ping nowadays in Fujian. After examination and analysis, there is an irreconcilable contradiction between the two. There were no records about Wang Jing-hong’s six voyages to western oceans during Yong-le period both in Ming Dynasty Emperor Tai-zong’s Records and local chronicles of the Qing Dynasty, the former argument of which has not been supported. There have been records on Wang Jing-hong following Emperor Tai-zong’s patrol to north expedition, which was also reflected in local chronicles of the Ming Dynasty;their time was consistent with the periods of Zheng He’s second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth voyages to western oceans, which was simultaneous. Thus it was impossible to be divided since Wang Jing-hong followed Emperor Tai-zong’s patrol to north expedition, which means he could not sail with Zheng He for the second,third, fourth, fifth, and sixth voyages, as a result of which the argument of Wang Jing-hong following Emperor Tai-zong’s patrol to north expedition was rejected.
