半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果。方法:将112例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者随机分为对照组57例和治疗组55例,对照组予手法复位治疗,治疗组予手法复位治疗的基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤,观察治疗效果并随访3个月。结果:对照组治愈31例,改善23例,无效3例,总有效率94.7%,随访3个月8例复发;治疗组治愈35例,改善19例,无效1例,总有效率98.2%;随访3个月1例复发。两组总有效率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕安全有效,能明显缩短患者病程,减少复发。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Zexie decoction on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods:112 cases of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were randomly divided into control group(57 cases)and treatment group(55 cases).The control group was treated by manual reduction,while the treatment group was treated plus with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Zexie decoction on the basis of manual reduction.The therapeutic effect was observed and followed up for 3 months.Results:In 57 cases of control group,31 cases were cured,23 cases were imroved and 3 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 94.7%;among 54 cases of effective patients,8 cases relapsed.In 55 cases of treatment group,35 cases were cured,19 cases were imroved and 1 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 98.2%;among 54 cases of effective patients,1 cases relapsed.Conclusion:Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Zexie decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,can significantly shorten the disease course of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate.
