化痰祛瘀方加减结合硝苯地平片对高血压患者血栓前状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟化痰祛瘀方加减结合硝苯地平片对高血压痰瘀证患者血栓前状态的影响。方法:高血压痰瘀证患者80例随机分为两组各40例。对照组予硝苯地平片口服,治疗组予硝苯地平片结合化痰祛瘀方加减治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组血压、中医证候积分、血栓前状态分子标志物(vWF、GMP-140、Fg、AT、t-PA、PAI-1)的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.05);治疗组中医证候积分、血压、PTS分子标志物(vWF、GMP-140、Fg、PAI-1水平降低,AT、t-PA水平升高)的改善均优于对照组,有统计学差异(P﹤0.05或P<0.01)。结论:自拟化痰祛瘀方加减结合硝苯地平片治疗高血压痰瘀证患者,能有效改善高血压血栓前状态。Objective:To observe the effect of self-made modified Huatan Quyv recipe and nifedipine tablets on prethrombotic state of patients with hypertension of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.Methods:80 cases of patients with hypertension of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral nifedipine tablets,while the treatment group was treated with nifedipine tablets and modified Huatan Quyv recipe.Before and after treatment for 8 weeks,the changes of blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and prethrombotic state molecular markers(VWF,GMP-140,Fg,AT,t-PA,PAI-1)were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference compared the antihypertensive effect between two groups(P﹤0.05);TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and PTS molecular markers(the levels of VWF,GMP-140,Fg and PAI-1 decreased;the levels of AT and t-PA increased)in treatment group were more significantly improved than in control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01).Conlusion:In the treatment of hypertension of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome,self-made modified Huatan Quyv recipe combined with nifedipine tablets can effectively improve the prethrombotic state of hypertension.
