摘  要:根据环保要求确定凌钢焦化厂脱硫脱氰工艺方法,并根据工艺对焦炉煤气的要求,将煤气净化车间原有电捕焦油器和蒸氨系统进行改造,实现焦炉煤气中焦油含量<30 mg/m^3的目标,并为脱硫脱氰提供碱源,同时优化了回收工艺,满足国家对钢铁企业的排放要求。According to the requirements of environmental protection,the desulfuration and decyanation process of Lingyuan Steel’s coking plant was determined,and based on the requirements of the process for coke oven gas,the original electric tar catcher and ammonia distillation system in the gas purification workshop were transformed.The tar content in coke oven gas reduced to less than 30 mg/m^3,and alkali source is provided for desulfurization and decyanation.At the same time,the recovery process is optimized to meet the national emission requirements for steel enterprises.
