摘　　要：GT123L3K1型空压机是柳钢气体公司2#40000m3/h制氧机组配套关键设备。由于二级振动值波动,检查设备发现中冷密封部分损坏,损坏的零部件破坏了二级转子的动平衡。主要介绍了该空压机轴振动故障现象,查找故障原因,采取临时处理措施,制定优化方案,消除设备故障隐患。The GT123l3K1 air compressor is the key equipment of the No.240000 m3/h oxygen generating unit of Liugang Gas Company.Due to the fluctuation of the secondary vibration value,an equipment inspection found that the intercooler seal part was damaged,which in turn broke the dynamic balance of the secondary rotor.This paper mainly introduces the vibration fault phenomenon of the air compressor shaft,finds out the cause of the fault,takes temporary treatment measures,formulates optimization program,and eliminates the hidden trouble of the equipment.
