摘　　要：高炉冷却系统采用软水循环无结垢、腐蚀轻、冷却效果好,使用寿命长,冷却水量消耗小。软水系统主要由高炉冷却设备、空冷器、膨胀罐、脱气罐、水泵及管道组成密闭循环系统,加强软水系统日常管控是保证高炉正常生产的前提条件,从而延长冷却设备及高炉的寿命。The cooling system of blast furnace adopting soft water circulation has the advantages of no scaling,light corrosion,good cooling effect,long service life and small cooling water consumption.Soft water system is mainly composed of blast furnace cooling equipment,air cooler,expansion tank,degassing tank,water pump and pipeline.Strengthening the daily control of soft water system is the precondition to ensure the normal production of blast furnace,so as to extend the life of cooling equipment and blast furnace.
