摘  要:探讨了摆线针轮壳内磨头在修形、制造和冷却润滑等方面的关键技术,制定了对称式摆线针轮壳内磨头零件加工工艺,确定了所适用的结构和重要磨头部件,并分析了主要部件的技术参数及加工要求,对同步带等标准件进行了选择及校核,利用三维软件绘制了部件装配图,为破解利用摆线针轮对齿形进行修形的技术难题提供了可行路径.The tooth shape modification technology of cycloidal pin wheel is classified as a secret in foreign countries,in order to break through the technical problem of using cycloidal pin wheel to modify the tooth profile,in this paper,the key technologies of shaping,manufacturing,cooling and lubrication for the grinding head cycloidal pin wheel are studied,the processing technology of the grinding head for the symmetrical cycloidal pin wheel shell is established,the applicable structure and important grinding head components are determined,the technical parameters and requirements of main components are analyzed,the selection and check of standard parts such as synchronous belt are carried out,the assembly drawing of components is drawn by three-dimensional software.
