摘  要:采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺制备出Stellite6、Stellite12涂层,在4种条件下进行摩擦磨损实验.实验结果显示,在油润滑的环境中涂层表现出良好的耐磨性,载荷为1200N,时摩擦系数为0.1052,磨损量为4.0mg.在条件4环境中涂层的耐磨性比较差,摩擦系数为0.5083,磨损量为48.9mg.制备出的涂层磨损以黏着磨损和疲劳磨损为主,同时伴随着磨料磨损.Stellite 6 and Stellite 12 coatings were prepared by supersonic flame spraying.The friction and wear experiments were carried out under four conditions.The experimental results show that it has good wear resistance in oil lubricated environment.The load is 1200n,the friction coefficient is 0.1052,and the wear amount is 4.0mg.In condition 4,the wear resistance is relatively poor,the friction coefficient is 0.5083,and the wear amount is 48.9mg.The wear of the coating is mainly adhesive wear and fatigue wear,accompanied by abrasive wear.
