摘　　要：警察执法权威是警察充分履职尽责的重要保障,更是警察权力得以实现的基石。随着执法环境的日益复杂,我国警察权威有弱化的趋势,不敢作为、不愿作为的情况时有发生,如何重塑以容错纠错机制为核心的警察执法权威成为一个重要命题。警察执法权威根植于警察权力,是警察在行使合法权力过程中衍生的一种外化影响力。当前我国警察执法权威呈弱化趋势,究其原因,警察队伍执法理念、执法能力与水平参差不齐,执法环境日益复杂以及现有立法的缺失都有所表现。解决上述问题要以容错纠错机制构建为切入点,重塑警察执法权威的路径,为警察更好地履职尽责提供支撑。The police’s law enforcement authority is an important guarantee for the police to fully perform their duties and responsibilities,and it is also the cornerstone of the realization of police power.With the increasing complexity of the law enforcement environment,police’s authority tends to weaken,and the situation of daring to act and reluctant to do often occurs.How to reshape the police’s law enforcement authority with fault tolerance and correction mechanisms as the core has become an important proposition.The police’s law enforcement authority is rooted in police power,and it is an externalized influence that the police derive from the exercise of legal power.At present,police’s law enforcement authority in China is weakening.The reasons are:the police team’s law enforcement concept,law enforcement ability and level are uneven,the law enforcement environment is increasingly complex and the existing legislation is lacking.It is necessary to take the construction of fault tolerance and correction mechanisms as an entry point,reshape the police’s law enforcement authority and provide support for the police to perform their duties better.
