摘　　要：人民法庭作为法院系统基层机关中的基层部门,处在司法为民的最前沿、矛盾化解的第一线,是基层社会治理探索创新的直接参与者。当前,人民法庭“案多人少”的矛盾尚未从根本上得以化解,在履行审判职责和参与基层社会治理等具体实践中仍面临一些现实困难,与人民群众对优质、高效、便捷的“家门口”司法服务需求尚有一定差距。鉴于此,有必要结合司法实践,进一步厘清人民法庭的现实困境,梳理有效的经验做法,从整合审判资源、优化人员结构、借助新型技术等方面入手,就人民法庭审判资源的优化配置问题进行深入探析。The people’s court,as the grassroots department of the grassroots organs of the court system,is at the forefront of the judiciary for the people and the first line of conflict resolution.It is a direct participant in the exploration and innovation of grassroots social governance.At present,the contradiction of“more cases but less manpower”in the people’s courts has not been fundamentally resolved.It still faces some practical difficulties in fulfilling its judicial duties,participating in grassroots social governance and other specific practices.There is still a certain gap from the demand for excellent,efficient and convenient judicial services at the door.In view of this,it is necessary to further clarify the practical dilemma of the people’s courts in combination with judicial practice,sort out effective empirical practices,and proceed from the aspects of integrating trial resources,optimizing personnel structure and leveraging new technologies to conduct in-depth exploration to the optimal allocation of the trial resources for people’s courts.
