摘  要:当桥梁工程人工挖孔桩施工过程中遇到硬岩层的情况,一般采用冲击钻孔及空压机风镐凿岩2种方式处理,冲孔施工噪音大,扰民,产生震荡影响、安全隐患大、污染环境,空压机风镐凿岩则施工效率低,劳动强度大、噪音大、风尘污染、作业环境差等不足;由此提出人工挖孔桩硬岩采用水磨钻咬合取芯成孔工艺,对其工艺原理、流程、施工方法等进行系统阐述。实践证明,本项技术在工程实际应用中取得了显著效果,具有工效高、质量可靠、设备简单、噪音小、无粉尘污染等优点,操作简便和安全可靠易于技术推广应用,是一种施工工艺上的创新。When a hard rock layer is encountered during the construction of hand-dug piling for a bridge project,two methods are generally adopted:percussion drilling and air compressor air picking.The percussion drilling construction is noisy,disturbs the people,generates shock effects,polluted the environment and has great potential safety hazards.The air compressor rock picking has low construction efficiency,high labor intensity,high noise,wind and dust pollution,and poor operating environment;therefore,it is proposed that the hand-dug piling use water-milled drill to bite the core to form the hole.The system principle,process and construction method are explained systematically.Practice has proved that this technology has achieved remarkable results in practical engineering applications.It has the advantages of high work efficiency,reliable quality,simple equipment,low noise,and no dust pollution.It is easy to operate and safe and reliable.It is a construction process Innovation.
