浅谈大学图书馆转型发展——以沈阳药科大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章通过对沈阳药科大学图书馆办思想的转型、服务的转型、管理的转型进行剖析,为当下图书馆转型发展提供一些认识和实践素材。Objective It provides some knowledge and practice materials for the current library transformation and development。Methods This paper analyzes the transformation of Library Thought,service and management of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.Results The development of library and school should complement each other and provide strong knowledge and information for the development of school。Practice the service idea of readers first and adjust resources reasonably。Standardize internal management and implement grading system for employees and work-study students。Conclusion The transformation and innovation of university libraries is booming.Not to advance is to go back,Librarians still have work to do.
