摘  要:目的针对药学的专业特点,以提高药学专业本科生独立创新能力为切入点,探索和建立适于提升大学生自主创新能力的培养机制。方法以分析化学实验中心平台为基础,借助现代化通讯方式,构建提升药学专业大学生自主创新研究意识和实践探索能力的交流沟通平台;建立不同专业背景、不同研究方向的多学科交叉指导教师团队。结果与结论突破传统的创新研究项目运行模式,从学生的主观能动性入手进行改革,探索建立提升药学专业大学生自主创新研究能力的培养模式。Objective To explore and establish a training system suitable for promoting the independent creativity ability of undergraduate students,we have been took professional characteristic of pharmacy into consideration under the background of improving this ability of pharmacy undergraduates.Method Based on Analytical Chemistry Experiment Center,communication platform was constructed to enhance the independent creativity research consciousness and practical exploration ability of pharmacy students depend on the modern communication method,simultaneously established a multidisciplinary cross-guidance teacher team from difference professional backgrounds and research fields.Results and Conclusion This program is from the students’subjective initiative to break through the traditional operation mode of innovative research projects,further more,explore and establish a training system to improve the independent creativity research ability of pharmacy students.
