摘 要:大孔径吸附树脂的选择吸附性能可用于富集中药的有效成分,并可增强产品化学结构的稳定性,从而可用于中药制剂及剂型的提取、分离和纯化等生产过程.本文就近年来利用大孔径吸附树脂技术分离和纯化中药有效成分黄酮及皂苷类化合物展开综述,以期找到分离、纯化黄酮和皂苷类化合物的应用进展及工艺的优化方法.The selective adsorption performance of macroporous adsorption resin can be used to enrich the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,which can enhance the stability of the chemical structure of the product,so it could be used in the production process such as extraction,separation and purification of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and dosage forms.In this paper,the separation and purification of flavonoids and saponins as active components of traditional Chinese medicine by macroporous adsorption resin is reviewed in order to find the application progress,and optimization separating and purifying methods of flavonoids and saponins.
