摘 要:采用土培法,对苗期45份偃麦草(Elytrigia repens)种质进行递进式NaCl胁迫,在150 mmol/L及300 mmol/L NaCl盐胁迫下对其枯黄率、地上生物量、叶片K^+含量、叶片Na^+含量及叶片K^+/Na^+进行综合评价。结果表明,随着盐胁迫的增加,偃麦草的枯黄率、Na^+含量均呈上升趋势,而地上生物量、K^+含量、K^+/Na^+呈下降趋势。隶属函数综合评价及聚类分析表明,材料E48为耐盐性种质,材料E25、E26、E19、E28、E04、E23、E03、E08为不耐盐种质,其余耐盐性居中。With 45 genetypes of Elytrigia repens as test materials,progressive NaCl stress on materials was carried out during the seedling stage with soil culture method. Under 150 mmol/L and 300 mmol/L NaCl salt stress,the withered rate,aboveground biomass,leaf K^+ content,leaf Na^+ content and leaf K^+/Na^+ were comprehensively evaluated. The result showed that with the increase of salt stress,the withered rate and Na^+ content of Elytrigia repens increased,while the aboveground biomass,K^+content,and K^+/Na^+ decreased;Comprehensive evaluation of membership function combined with cluster analysis showed that material E48 was salt-tolerant germplasm,materials E25,E26,E19,E28,E04,E23,E03 and E08 were germplasms that were not tolerant to salt,and the rest were salt-tolerant.
