摘 要:采用单单杂交和原生质体单核化技术将香菇(Lentinula edodes)栽培菌株L808的原生质体单核体的细胞核分别导入含有基因型A2和B的原生质体单核体细胞质中,构建了L808-A2和L808-B菌株,以探讨异源细胞质对香菇栽培菌株L808农艺性状的影响。结果表明:L808-B在PDA培养基平板上的菌丝生长速度较慢,与L808和L808-A2相比,组间差异均存在统计学意义;与L808的子实体相比,L808-A2和L808-B的菌盖和菌柄直径、菌盖厚度以及菌盖和菌柄重量组间差异均存在统计学意义,但菌褶宽度以及菌盖和菌柄硬度组间差异无统计学意义;L808两潮子实体的总产量为18112.72 g,L808-A2为17180.10 g,L808-B为22882.77 g。Using the alloplasmic breeding technique, nucleus of Lentinula edodes strain L808(cytoplasmic genotype-A1) were transferred into two kinds of cytoplasm with cytoplasmic genotype A2 and B to generate alloplasmic strains L808-A2 and L808-B, respectively. Then agronomic traits of L808-A2 and L808-B were investigated throughout the entire course of fruiting body development. The results showed that L808-B showed slower mycelial growth compared with L808 and L808-A2. Compared with L808, both L808-A2 and L808-B had greater pileus diameter, stipe cross section diameter, pileus thickness, pileus weight, and stipe weight. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in gill width, pileus hardness and stipe hardness among the three strains. The overall fruiting body yield of two flushes for L808, L808-A2 and L808-B were 18112.72 g, 17180.10 g, and 22882.77 g, respectively.
