摘  要:为减少电厂锅炉燃煤燃烧带来的NO等有害气体排放,结合华电节能减排目标与要求,在模拟实际燃煤燃烧环境的情况下,设置燃煤燃烧试验装置,并以无烟煤(SH)和烟煤(DT)作为研究对象,分别探讨上述两种燃煤在不同气氛、不同氧气浓度、不同温度下的NO排放特性,并分析两种燃煤在不同气氛下燃烧的着火温度和燃烧特性指数等。结果表明,在O2/CO2气氛下SH的NO排放浓度要整体小于DT,但SH的整体燃烧特性指数要小于DT,且通过燃煤燃烧特性指数看出,氧气浓度30%~40%燃烧特性最高。同时结果表明,在O2/CO2气氛下燃烧燃煤的着火温度要明显高于O2/N2,说明CO2直接取代N2不利于燃煤的燃烧。In order to reduce the emission of NO and other harmful gases caused by coal combustion of power plant boilers, combining with Hua-neng’s energy saving and emission reduction goals and requirements, under the condition of simulating the actual coal combustion environment, a coal combustion test device is set up, and the anthracite(SH)and bituminous coal(DT)are taken as the research object respectively to discuss the NO emission characteristics of the two kinds of coal at different temperature with various oxygen concentrations in different atmosphere. The ignition tem-perature and combustion characteristic index of the two kinds of coal in different atmosphere are analyzed. The results show that in the O2/CO2 atmosphere, the NO emission concentration of SH is less than that of the DT, but the combustion characteristic index of SH is smaller than that of the DT,and the combustion characteristic is the highest when the oxygen concentration is between 30%~40%. At the same time, the results show that the igni-tion temperature of coal combustion in O2/CO2 atmosphere is significantly higher than that in O2/N2, which indicates that the direct replacement of N2 by CO2 is not conducive to the combustion of coal.
